Ok so I said I'd food and exercise journal- Day 1

Breakfast- One onion bagel with cream cheese and a diet coke
Snack- 4 pieces of celery with a wedge of laughing cow cheese
Lunch- Lean cuisine meal, watermelon and some pistachios.
Snack- Orange

Working on 2nd jug of water probably a 32 oz size.
